Primary Responsibilities:

• Execution of test cases to ensure it confirms business requirement

• Create defects and track it till closure

• Ensure that quality processes are carried out through all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle, while meeting all project-related deadlines

• Work concurrently on several projects, each with specific instructions that may differ

• Work independently on projects, where tasks are self-determined and not specifically assigned

• Work with business partners, systems analyst, designers and programmers to create / analyze required project documents and ensures that quality assurance processes are incorporated

• Work closely with t8he Project Team to identify risks and UAT scope early in the project lifecycle

• Build positive professional relationships with internal and external customers

• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

• 4 – 6 years of testing/development/ Routing configuration experience on IVR (Interactive Voice Response) and Telephony systems

• 2 – 3 years of experience on Genesys and Cyara Voice Automation Testing Tool

• Strong hands-on testing/development/ Routing configuration experience on IVR (Interactive Voice Response) and Telephony systems

• Experience in Software Testing and User Acceptance Testing

• Experience of Genesys IVR Platform and Cyara IVR Automation tool

• Experience in Creating Test Scenarios, Test Cases from Call Flow Visio Diagrams

• Good experience in developing and automating test cases using Cyara on GVP platform

• Knowledge of IVR tools like VCCD, PBX Avaya

• Understanding of Contact center architecture

• Strong Communication skill

• Flexibility with working on USA overlap shift timings

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in SQL and Agile methodology

• Knowledge on Agile methodologies

• Working knowledge of CA Rally
