The candidate would be required to support collection team by working closely with onshore partner, receives statement showing Explanation of benefits (EOBs) from the customers having the details related to total amount claimed, amount honored by them and the amount declined with reason codes, interpreting the EOB statement using their knowledge and skills and updating the same into the claim system.

Positions in this function prepare and maintain records of accounts receivable, including receipts, claims and overdue invoices.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Processes refunds, adjustments and related items

• Performs periodic and month-end balancing and reporting activities

• Maintaining daily and weekly productivity trackers

• Managing and conducting audit to improve quality of work performed by the team

• Creating and updating process documents at regular interval of time

• Continuing to improve the Accounts Receivable process

• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

• Commerce degree (B.com/M.com), Accounting, Finance or related field preferred

• 2 – 4 years of experience in AR/AP domain

• Understanding of MS Office & good typing skills

• Excellent Written and verbal communication skills

• Attention to detail & Quality focused

• Good Analytical & comprehension skills

• Open to working in Night Shifts (3:30PM to 1:00PM or 6:00PM to 3:30AM)
