Primary Responsibilities:

• Test Automation Delivery Manager will be responsible for project implementation and service delivery for Intelligent Automation solutions including Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and analytics-based process-improvement solutions (e.g., process-mining) that benefit all capabilities and business segments

• Analyze of business processes to be automated via RPA solutions, managing teams of internal developers, overseeing RPA development projects and maintenance/support for automations in production.

• Assist with developing and executing the roadmap for test automation expansion & foster the adoption and manage the full life cycle of test solutions. Drive maturity in our use of automation tools to improve efficiency, minimize risk, and reduce the time enterprise teams spend executing manual processes. You will help scale the GP IA COE, manage the end-to-end life cycle of all automations in our pipeline from process intake to development to rollout. Look for ways to standardize and ensure execution, efficiency, and consistency

• Be able to lead wide diverse team of resources and stakeholders. Should be comfortable to support US time zones and handle onsite managers and leaders
