As a Senior Operational Trainer, you will train talented individuals and exceptional professionals! This a great opportunity to effective the delivery of training programs across a Fortune 25 Organization. We’re looking for individuals who keep abreast of various training delivery techniques, business processes, products and systems in specific areas of expertise. This will encompass training of one functional area such as Claims or Customer Service individuals in the Training Delivery Operational functions and could include some aspects of the design process and training material as needed. We are looking for someone who has extensive work experience in a highly matrix organization across multiple functions. When not in training you will assist the manager of the department with department activities and act as a resource to the team.
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver/facilitate end to end RCM Academy training for new hires
Deliver new hire and incumbent job specific training using innovative methods that increase retention and enhance cost effectiveness, basis approved standardized curriculum
Conduct weekly/monthly RCA (Root Cause Analysis) to determine area of opportunities and thereby induce action plan to improve performance
Deliver ongoing refresher training based on development needs
Getting Train the Trainer Certified by the OGA Team
Measuring and tracking pre and post training performance
Tracking assessment scores
Organize, coordinate, and communicate training programs for the business
Provide constructive feedback to trainees on regular basis
Provide feedback to management on individual and group training results
Liaison with operational team to update training materials as needed
Manage end to end knowledge transfer (learn the process, get certified, prepare daily/weekly dashboards etc.) for any new business/ramp ups

Required Qualifications:
1 year of developing and delivering presentations across multiple employee and leadership levels
1 year of experience training in classroom, webinar and blended learning environments
Understand US Healthcare, Revenue Cycle Management [Hospital or Rx], AR Collections
Create RCA and action plan
Proven excellent verbal and written communication skills in English language
Demonstrated ability to facilitate diverse group of people
Proven strong interpersonal and time management skills
Proven self-Motivating attitude
Proven team Player
Demonstrates attention to detail
Demonstrates quality focus
Proven comfortable with US shifts and onsite training as required by the business
Review and update training materials as needed
