Primary Responsibilities:

• Ensure high software quality

• Work as part of the team to achieve key business objectives

• Work on large, complex projects to achieve key business objectives

• Collaborate with the team on application architecture design, decision-making and process automation

• Work on a time sensitive and highly visibility initiative to stabilize the existing regression suite and bring it up to date with the latest code base to test web and mobile OS or browsers combinations

• Assist with solutions to validate complex scenarios at a code or infrastructure level

• Review issues found via automation or manual testing to determine if there are environmental issues

• Determine root cause of issues (i.e. database, file systems, etc.) and work with the Development teams to resolve them

• Provide feedback to the teams on improvements and assist in coming up with a sustainable maintenance process. Experience in Agile testing methodologies will help.

• Provide alternate design solutions in automation phase

• Design and implement test enhancements in collaboration with development team through automation

• Troubleshoot post-production issues and identify root cause

• Predict emerging customer needs and develop test plan to meet them

• Participate in the development of test strategy and test plan

• Influence senior leadership to adopt new ideas, products, and/or approaches

• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree in IT field or equivalent experience

• 7+ years quality assurance experience in Agile Development environments

• 5+ years experience with automated testing tools or equivalent automation skills- Selenium

• 3+ years experience with web-based application testing

• 3+ years experience with integration testing between applications

• 1+ years Cypress, test framework architecture, Rest assured

• Demonstrable experience working with NoSQL and relational databases

• Solid experience with integration testing using API (i.e., Rest / Graph), Event Hub (i.e. Kafka)

• Working experience with one or more of the following test tools and frameworks: Selenium, Jmeter, Gatling, Spock, Source Labs, Pearcy, Puppeteer etc.

• Solid experience working with cross-browser testing

• Experience in Software Development Testing (Unit testing, Acceptance Testing UI automation, API testing, Performance Testing)

• Experience in researching and evaluating new QA automation tools and process

• Experience setting up Testing Frameworks from scratch with the ability to determine and analyze various tools and concepts.

• Demonstrable experience working with relational (row and column store) databases as well as NoSQL databases

• Experience working in an Agile environment

• Exposure to working in the healthcare industry

• Knowledge and practical experience testing React.js and Java applications

• Familiarity with Agile Software Development Methodologies

• Thorough working knowledge of software testing methodologies and the testing life cycle

• Expertise in testing using Data Expectations for Data Quality purposes

• Knowledge of manual testing concepts such as exploratory testing

• Ability to define, participate in high level testing strategy discussions.

• Ability to organize and lead complex discussions around solutioning QA process and automation tools

Preferred Qualification:

• Experience using tools such as Databricks and/or Great Expectations
