Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop high-quality code, software design and architecture

• Identify, prioritize and execute tasks using the agile development methodology

• Lead the development team and provide design / development guidance and help with the solutions

• Understand Product / Project / Consumer priorities and deliver features within time and budget

• Automate, Manage the application deployments, CI/CD pipelines

• Explore new technologies and perform POC to propose solutions to the business problems

• Create and Manage application and log monitoring

• Identify development areas and groom junior developers in the teams

• Collaborate effectively with global teams and stakeholders

• Work with less structured, more complex issues

• Serve as a resource to others

• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience

• 10+ years of proven software development experience

• Strong and proven experience in Java, Microservices, Dockers / Containerization

• Experience in developing solutions using Kafka, event streaming

• Experience in using SQL and NoSQL databases

• Experience in Cloud environment and architectures

• Experience with Kubernetes and automated codable deployments

• Working experience in CI/CD pipeline (test, build, deployment and monitoring automation)

• Knowledge of software configuration management

• Knowledge of build tools such as Maven / Gradle

• Good in Data Structure, Algorithms and Design Patterns

• Analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude

• Excellent organizational and leadership skills

Preferred Qualification:

• Experience in MongoDB, MySQL
