Summary

We are seeking an experienced Executive in the EXIM department with at least 5 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all import and export activities, ensuring compliance with regulations, and managing relationships with vendors and government agencies.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Manage all import and export activities, including customs clearance, documentation, and transportation
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws governing international trade
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, freight forwarders, and government agencies
• Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues that may arise
• Prepare and submit necessary documentation for customs clearance and other regulatory requirements
• Analyze and report on key performance indicators related to import and export activities
• Provide support and guidance to other team members as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in the EXIM department
• Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications
