Full Job Description
- Gathering, organizing, and maintaining patient medical records for accuracy and accessibility
- Verifying and updating patient demographic and insurance information
- Distributing medical charts to the appropriate departments of the hospital or upon request
- Coding and categorizing patients’ medical diagnoses and procedures for insurance billing purposes
- Supervising medical records activities and ensuring standardization of formats
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
