Role Summary

The role involves planning, strategizing, coordinating with multiple stakeholders and monitoring project plans, schedules, organizing and participating in stakeholder meetings, and ensuring deliverables of a team of project coordinators. The Program manager will work the Program Managers in making the processes more streamlined and timebound.

Roles & Responsibilities

Some of your key roles will be to:-

1-Do learner profiling based on their background.

2-Define placement strategies.

3-Will be responsible for the placement of the learners of Study abroad.

4-Data analysis and decision making

Years of Exp : 2-3 yrs

Skills Required

The ideal fit for this profile are candidates with:-

-Education (Bachelors/Masters) from Tier-I institute.

-1-2 years of total work experience in consultancy firms, fast growing startups

/edtech companies etc.

-Ability to translate gaps into execution plans and take them to completion

-Ability to connect with people across teams & levels
