Job Description

Role Proficiency: Create engaging designs according to requirements. Work under the supervision of a Senior Designer to produce high-quality work. Be highly creative and have a sharp eye for details. Work as an individual contributor assisting the senior designers.

Outcomes:

• Understand project requirements and concepts

• Use various techniques to create drafts models and prototypes and produce final design solutions (sales enablement assets GTM collateral logos banners etc.)

• Pitch creative ideas

• Collaborate with team members

• Take on special design tasks

• Use feedback from other designers to improve

Measures of Outcomes:

• # of requests handled

• Feedback on collaborative efforts

• Feedback received from internal clients / peers

• TAT of deliverables

• Quality – # review comments assessment by manager

• # of contributions to sales asset library

Outputs Expected: Design:

• Understand requirements from supervisor

• Ensure strict adherence to UST Branding guidelines

• Consistent performance with on-time delivery

Sales Enablement:

• Contribute to NewLexicon

• Contribute and support RFPs as required

Skill Examples:

• Creativity: Must think of new and exciting ways to visually communicate ideas.

• Communication: Should clearly discuss messages and ideas with the art director requestor or other designers to make sure they are creating an effective design.

• Computer skills: Proficient in ppt photo editing layout and publishing software.

• Time-management: Must prioritize projects and use their time efficiently to meet these deadlines.

• Analytical skills: Should be able to take a complex idea or data set and determine the best visual representation.

• Alignment: Ensuring that the text images and icons are aligned perfectly in the layout

• Consistent: Ensuring uniformity and avoiding any conflict between fonts shapes colours backgrounds and overall theme

• Adherence: Following the brand guidelines

• Revamp: Adapting and improving graphic elements like typography and backgrounds to match latest trends

• Iconography: Leveraging provided icons to compliment the content and design
