Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relations Executive located in Mumbai, responsible for addressing and resolving customer queries, complaints, and issues related to products or services. The Customer Relations Executive is also responsible for maintaining customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the growth of the organization through customer retention.
