Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relations Executive located in Mumbai, responsible for addressing and resolving customer queries, complaints, and issues related to products or services. The Customer Relations Executive is also responsible for maintaining customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the growth of the organization through customer retention.

Qualifications

• Interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
• Client relations expertise and the ability to develop and maintain relationships with customers
• Proven track record of ensuring customer satisfaction by responding to customer requirements, queries, and complaints
• Customer service experience, including the ability to resolve customer issues in a timely manner
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi and Marathi
• Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• Previous experience in customer relations or customer service in a non-profit organization a plus
