DESIRABLE:Practical experience in ship management operations or shipping commercial operationsJob description:Safety is our priority, and the Technical Compliance Administrator shall alert the vessel/fleet cell team of:Overdue items of different modules in ShipSureExpiring Documentation that is critical to ship operationsTechnical Compliance Administrator will effectively monitor:Internal inspection Periods (Vessel Inspection reports, Sailing Audits etc.)Procurement behaviours within fleet cellsDistribution of ticketing for Technical Compliance mattersTo be an advocate of ShipSure and ensure it is properly utilised within the Operations Centre, Ship Manager and onboard. This includes guidance to the fleet cell on Proactive planning and implementation of VIR & Sailing Engineering Audits, reducing overdue numbers.
