Applicant must be able to speak in at least three of the following languages. Malayalam, Hindi, Bengali, English, Tamil, Telgu.
Develop a profile of each student enquiring about admission and other services
Create a structured conversation kit to interact with applicants
Understand Expectations and Pain points of applicants and help solve their issues
Inform them about the USPs and educate them on the product and its advantages.
Make conversions and close deals with the applicant
Admit students by visiting high schools; attending college nights; visiting community colleges and technological institutions.
Form Lead Conversion strategy
Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; and participating in professional organizations
Take students for campus tours
Maintain a good rapport with the employees of associated colleges and organisations
Maintain a work diary
Contribute towards Blog content
Prepare FAQs on the go
Be an ambassador for the organisation
Should be versatile and double up as a receptionist if required during peak season.
