Vaave Hiring for Client Relationship Manager at Hyderābād Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a long lasting relationship with the customers to attain the long-term goals of the company.
• Monitor and Resolve customer queries in the best possible manner. Have a strong understanding of the business needs of the customer through the alumni program.
• Build Strategy and Identify new opportunities based on customer feedback and industry best practices.
• Take ownership and run corporate alumni initiatives and help them to attain their business goals.
• Understanding Product feedback from customers and coordinating with internal stakeholders for the betterment of the solution.
• Take responsibility on onboarding, implementation, and delivery for new clients.
• Explore opportunities for referrals from existing customers helping new sales.

Experience:

• Excellent Proficiency in verbal and written English.

Remuneration:

5 – 7 LPA. Deserving candidates can expect higher compensation.
