VRM: To exclusively handle Privy Outbound calls- schedule equivalent experience profiles from other competitors Differentiated training to make them universal phone banking officers – cross training in cards, liabilities, asset Ensure customer ‘delight’ and consistent service experience, including timely resolution of customer queries/issues.
