PI team level responsibilities:
Coach & support standard/Junior PI engineer knowledge and skills ramp up
Conducting team induction trainings
Consult PI team Standard/junior members in technical issues
Transversal responsibilities
Coaching R&D teams applying newly introduced concepts /methodologies
Supporting R&D teams in identifying gaps from international standards (A-spice – ISO … etc)
Supporting R&D teams close any identified process gaps though external/internal assessments
Act as a consultant for process related issues for both PI junior/standard employees and R&D teams
Support R&D teams in process definition and modelling
Participate in complex and challenging PI initiatives
Participate in conducting process training.
Identify any risks to meeting to process objectives
Communicate process changes to users
Track progress against process performance targets
Report status of owned tasks regularly
Responsible of maintaining the followed QMS regularly and makes sure standards are always up to date
Qualification-ASPICE knowledge is a must with more than 8 years in software quality.
