Maintain high level of Data Entry standards

Focused on deliverables, quality, understanding time bound SLA’s.

Understanding client requirements & Process specifications

Must be pro-active to communicate and report any instances that which is risk.

Must be pro-active to learn all process based new updates shared from client.

Focus on resolution at the first response

Skillset Requirements:
Communication, both verbal and non-verbal

Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office) and equivalent programs

Professional experience, such as internships, part-time jobs, etc.

Basic Excel

Good understanding of Computer Knowledge

Email & Chat Etiquettes

Typing Skills (30-40 words/Min)

Willing to do Night Shifts.

Comfortable with 24*7 – Rotational shift & WO

Should be a graduate – preferably

Should be comfortable for Overtime
