Vantage Logistics Services, Inc Hiring for Data Entry Clerk at Chandigarh Full Time

The data entry clerk is responsible for entering all orders received in the trucking software, dispatch mate. The data clerk must check several accounts to ensure all orders are entered sufficiently with correct information in a timely manner.

Job Duties

• Enter all orders in Dispatch Mate.

• View the various accounts to ensure all orders have been entered.

• Updating pick up and delivery appointments on TMC.

• Check next day pick ups in TMC to verify if they have been entered.

• Make sure next day picks ups are entered in the system.

Requirements

• Transportation industry knowledge and experience an asset (i.e. shipping/receiving, scheduling, freight negotiations and regulatory requirements)

• Fluent in English

• Experience with DispatchMate is a major asset

• Customs knowledge and experience an asset

• Advanced computer skills – Outlook, Excel, Word

• Able to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all times

• Able to work well under pressure

• Flexible, able to deal with change

• Strong attention to detail

• Very organized, with excellent multi-tasking and problem solving skills

• Excellent customer service/communication skills

• Strong work ethic and positive team attitude

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: From ₹20,000.00 per month
