3- 5 years Experience, Qualification- B. Com. / M. Com
Responsibilities and Duties
- To maintain & finalize accounts/Ledgers up to Balance Sheet.
- To Reconcile with Sundry Creditors/Debtors
- To Maintain Bank Book & make reconciliation
- To Maintain Petty Cash Book (Office & Site Imprest)
- To follow-up with Debtors for payment.
- To handle day to day banking work like NEFT/RTGS/TFR etc.
- To close books on weekly/monthly basis.
- To prepare MIS as required by Management (Banks, Expenses, Fund & Liability etc.)
- To monitor company’s Banks fund position & operate banking independently.
- To handle Payroll Accounting (To prepare/process Salary, calculate ESI, EPF& TDS & issue Salary TDS Certificates)
- To raise GST Invoice, Debit Note, Credit Note.
- To issue online E-Way Bill (GST).
- To compute GST on sales/Service & RCM & deposit to bank.
- To file GST (3B & GST R-1) Return online independently.
- To check & verified Vendors/suppliers bills & arrange release of the payment.
- To compute TDS liability on Salary (Employee & Directors) & deposit the same.
- To Compute TDS liability on Non-Salary & deposit the same to bank.
- To file Online TDS Return (Salary & Non-Salary).
- To issue form 16, 16
- To prepare/ manage Fixed Assets Register
- Managing Purchase orders/ work orders and contracts with vendors for closure.
- Handle Dispatch Documents.
- Bank forms and formalities for forex transaction for imports
- Preparation of Reconciliation Statement
