Vardhman Packaging Solutions Hiring for Tally Accountant at Bhiwandi Full Time

Job Summary

Title: Accountant & Admin

Reports to: Owner

Responsibilities and Duties

• Daily data entry of various TALLY vouchers (enter apx. 50 vouchers daily)
• Scrutinize challans/bill, expense & purchase with PO
• Manage outgoing payments as per credit terms & funds availability
• Daily Tally BRS & stock reco
• Reco of all debtor & creditor ledgers monthly
• Monthly GST, TDS, Payroll, ESIC, PT, & EPF Working & timely payments of rents, electricity, etc.
• Ensure soft copies of ALL accounts and tax-related documents are systematically filed
• Proactively communicate with clients to resolve accounts relates queries
• Coordinate with CA & consultants. Coordinate company Insurance, legal and bank related work.
• Control Petty Cash. Monthly payroll working.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

• Commerce Degree (First Class Passed). Fluent Spoken and written English.
• Advanced working knowledge of statutory regulations
• Advanced knowledge of Tally shortcuts, settings and configuration
• Complete understanding of accounts/book-keeping up to finalization
• Minimum 50 WPM typing speed
• Independent problem solving
• Must have prior work experience in a manufacturing company
