Responsibilities:
International Calling II English Communication
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, as well as customer concerns and queries
- Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers
- Obtaining customer information and other relevant data
- Asking questions to the customer and understanding their need
- Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services
- Maintaining the monthly target and achievement report documents
