- Complete car transactions quickly and efficiently
- Ensure that all customers receive excellent service through direct salesmanship and prompt and courteous service
- Ensure end to end Delivery along with Issuing Warranty, Loan and Insurance
- Ensure high NPS
- Nurture customer journey from booking to delivery
- Provide excellent pre and post-sales services
- To ensure a positive customer experience as a retail professional
