We are Hiring for Admin Executive for Frieght Forwarding Industry Experience.
Salary : upto 4.8 lakhs
Location – Chennai
Experience – 2 to 5 Years
Job Description :-
-Analysis of Budget vs Actual Variance of Administration Expenses- Compliance to Budgets Total Adherence to Budgets for all revenue heads ,rent,telephone,cellphone,office maintenance,stationery,car expenses.
– Cost of Facilities Overall Revenue & Capital items
Reductions in telephones, control car expenses,office maintenance,rent,stationery.
- Rest Areas/ facilities Implementation of Norms & Practices at all Rest Places.
- Internal Customer Care-Servicing Time Random checks from Internal Customers ,providing visiting cards, stay arrangements, meetings, training and event management.
- Helping in taking quotation and coordinating for the same as per the requirement.
Preparation of MIS reports on monthly basis
