Finance & Accounts

 Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations

• Preparation of Budgets and forecast

• Preparation of Monthly MIS report

• Preparation/review of financials for audit

• Preparation/review of Fixed Assets Registers

• Review of Inventories

• Preparation and validation of SOPs

• Review of GL accounts, GR/IR Accounts and BRS

 Ability to manipulate large amounts of data

• Review of intercompany transactions

• Review of vendor and customer reconciliations

• Identify and automate the processes

Taxation

• Review monthly GST returns.

• Ensuring timely filing of returns and payment of taxes

• Review of Reconciliation of ITC with GSTN data

• Reconciliation between GST returns and books of accounts on a monthly basis

• Preparation and filing of GST Annual Returns

• Assisting the outside tax consultants and regulatory authorities on an ongoing basis

• Review GST audits and drive completion of audit report on time from tax standpoint

• Served as single Point of Contact on behalf of the Company with respect to GST, TDS and other compliances.

• Maintaining and communicating knowledge of past, present and potential future Indian indirect tax laws, regulations, rulings, procedures and court decisions by updating the relevant teams

• Ensuring timely compliance of TDS related works and correction of TDS errors

• Examining applicable GST and Customs law which includes working with tax authorities and external consultants

Roles & Responsibilities

· Responsible for forecasting the financial condition of the company – Present and future

· To be able to manage cash flows of the company to fulfil the fund needs

· Responsible for creating funding strategies and maintaining investor relationships

· Recommend cost-reducing solutions.

· Drive the financial planning of the company by analysing its performance and risks.

· Retain constant awareness of the company’s financial position and act to prevent problems.

· Set up and oversee the companies finance IT system.

· Set Targets and supervise all accounting and finance personnel (Accountants and Internal Auditors)

· Oversee all audits and internal control operations.

· Prepare timely reports on performance on a predefined cadence.

· Conduct Analysis to make forecast and report to upper executives

· Ensure adherence to financial laws and guidelines.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
