• Support scientists and farm supervisors in conducting field trials in multiple locations round the year.
• There are important critical operations in all trial fields and they need to be completed timely like sowing, transplanting, intercultural operations, plant protection, input management and data collection through digital tools.
• There will be opportunity to work with equipment’s for planting and harvesting; looking forward for interest in learning and operating this equipment safely
• Passion for farming
• Looking for good network and relationship with farmers, for identifying good land, coordinate with farmers.
