Description:
Project Manager
The purpose of this role is to plan and drive the execution of enterprise level system installations of the Verint suite of products, and manage integration efforts by providing leadership, motivation and support to the project team. The Project Manager will manage all processes related to implementation, identify, categorise and mitigate risks and manage the relationship with the customers. The overall aim of the role is to ensure the customers’ requirements / expectations are met and managed effectively.

- Ability to manage multiple concurrent delivery projects
- Ability to focus and deliver against a large multi-phase project
- Ability to manage Partner lead project as well as direct engagements
- Managing the project budget (PO & T&E)
- Creating and delivering to the Project document pack, including the Project Plan
- Defining Milestones for projects as a tool for managing risk and project signoff
- Project related Customer & Partner Management
- Validation of technical architecture & confirmation that the project is implemented as per the design
- Ensure the project team adhere to Verint delivery methodology processes
- Risk & Project escalation management
- Provide accurate project forecast data to the implementation manager at timely intervals and manage risk around forecast value
- Cooperation with Presales/Sales for confirming the SOW and implementing the project based on the defined scope and achieving customer satisfaction
- Cooperation with Implementation and Training Managers for project resource allocation
- Initiating key handovers between sales and support teams as per the defined process
- Collecting Feedback related to the project and process and conducting Lesson Learning for projects
- Any other reasonable duties as requested by line management
- Typically 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday.
- Reasonable additional hours may be required from time to time in order to manage project deliverables such as out of hours components, or at the direct request of line management
