The Data Protection Group drives the product strategy, roadmap, and engineering delivery of the Veritas products, which includes NetBackup, APTARE, Backup Exec, Enterprise Vault (EV), EV.cloud, eDiscovery platform, and Veritas SaaS Backup.

The Data Protection Group drives the product strategy, roadmap, and engineering delivery of the Veritas products, which includes NetBackup, APTARE, Backup Exec, Enterprise Vault (EV), EV.cloud, eDiscovery platform, and Veritas SaaS Backup.

What you will be doing:

• Design and develop dynamic web applications in an agile development environment
• Design and implement elegant and scalable UI and backend services
• Integrate with APIs and develop a fully functional web application that aligns with business objectives.
• Rapidly prototype and refine applications based on user experience feedback
• Follow coding and unit testing standards to ensure high quality deliverables
• Stay abreast of the latest technology trends, UI frameworks and libraries
• Mentor junior members in the team, actively do code reviews. Collaborate with fellow engineers, product management and UX team.
• Strong problem solving skills, ability to work within a high-performing team and challenge yourself and the team to improve further

What skills, experience and education you need as a team member to succeed:

Education: B.E/ B.Tech /M.E / M.Tech / MCA from a reputed college.

Experience : 2+ years of relevant development experience

• Experience with Angular (version >10), TypeScript.
• Ability to implement MVC architectures using modern JavaScript frameworks
• Knowledge of calling and consuming RESTful web services
• Experience in creating rich interfaces using HTML5, JavaScript and CSS3
• Hands-on Knowledge of NPM and Visual Studio Code IDE
• Library based Angular/Modulefederation development
• Strong understanding of dependency injection in Angular
• Must have good analytical skills to debug complex issues using tools
• Knowledge of Storage and Backup domain would be a plus
• Should possess excellent communication (verbal and written), strong interpersonal skills and should be comfortable working across geographies

Nice to have

• Experience with any latest UI chart, graph frameworks in JavaScript
• Experience with Web components
• Exposure to databases SQL/NoSQL and Node.JS
• Knowledge of data analytics Design and develop dynamic web applications in an agile development environment.
