What You Will Be Doing

• Design and develop solutions for customer requests
• Collaborate with subject matter experts in the team
• Participation in demos and discussions with customer stakeholders
• Independently determine and develop approaches to solutions for a wide range of complex customer issues and software engineering problems
• Drive a culture of quality first and shared-first mentality in the organization
• Automate testing and development of software with a high standard of quality
• Participate in Agile development activities including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives and demos
• Participate in peer reviews
• Collaborate with local and offshore co-workers
• Debug and resolve complex problems either individually or within a team
• Work with your scrum team to continuously improve

What skills, experience and education you need as a team member to succeed:

• 5+ years of software development experience
• Strong hands on experience in C++
• Hands on experience in Linux/Unix environments
• Independently determine and develop approaches to solutions for a wide range of complex customer issues and software engineering problems
• Product Development Experience highly preferred
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to analyze and optimize
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to learn quickly and work in an fast paced environment
