POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly motivated Associate Client Support Specialist to join our Support Team. As a crucial member of our post-sales client support department, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service and fostering positive client experiences.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Assist clients with account management tasks, including regular updates and maintenance of client accounts.
• Provide timely and accurate support to clients in posting jobs to various job boards, adhering to tight turnaround times.
• Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and maintain a high level of attention to detail in all tasks.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to resolve client inquiries and issues promptly.
• Stay informed about the latest developments in AI technology and industry trends to better serve clients.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• Strong analytical skills with a knack for logical deduction.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in internet surfing and navigating various online platforms.
• Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel etc.)
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment and adapt to evolving priorities.
• Prior experience in client support or a similar role is preferred but not required.
