What you’ll be doing…
As a Program Management Consultant, you will be responsible to centralize information and deliver it to the right stakeholders. The responsibilities include managing the day-to-day activities in the PMO, providing guidance on policies and processes, overseeing organization wide programs, and collaborating with other portfolio teams to deliver programs.
Executing Projects as per Strategic Business Objectives.
Collaborating with other department leaders to define, prioritize, and execute projects.
Analyzing financial data, including project budgets, risks, and resource allocation.
Providing financial reports and budget outlines to Executives.
Establishing Project Governance Structure.
Overseeing the development of the project and ensuring that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently while upholding the company’s standards.
Drafting new and improving existing project management office policies and processes.
Documenting the project’s creation, development, and execution as well as documenting the project’s scope, budget, and justification.
Creating visibility of resource capacity, competency, and availability for all stakeholders.
Establishing a real-time resource scheduling to accommodate the fast-changing ground reality.
Tracking all types of work, i.e., project work, non-project work, vacation, etc.
Establishing multi-dimensional viewing and overcome challenges of matrix structure.
Forecasting and Enabling Resource Capacity Planning
Streamlining and Automating Processes and Workflows.
Eliminating silos of spreadsheets with a single resource plan
What we’re looking for…
You’ll need to have:
Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
Four or more years of relevant work experience.
Experience in Program Management role.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
Six or more years of relevant work experience.
Experience with Enterprise systems architecture.
Verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to create and deliver executive level presentations.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to details and technicalities.
