What you’ll be doing…
As a member of the Lead Management team, you will play a critical role in managing the VZEngage platform to enhance sales employees’ experience and drive new sales revenue with a focus on customer acquisition. You will be responsible for optimizing the VZEngage system, analyzing data, implementing campaigns in partnership with other team members. As a product owner of this platform, you will also be responsible for:
Developing business cases and identifying key performance indicators and analyze provided data
Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to define, execute, and support hardware experiences across the assisted sales channels.
Coordinating proof of concept, pilot, and national deployments of transformational technology and experiences
Creating and maintaining content detailing in flight work
Providing regular status updates to executive leadership team
Providing support for the Sprint Life Cycle of Lead Management initiatives
Analyzing existing capabilities to identify opportunities.
Collaborating with Customer Experience partners for UI changes to incorporate best Customer and Employee experiences.
Performing requirements analysis, uncovering areas for improvement and solutioning.
Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders including producing useful reports.
Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.
Evaluating, analyzing, and communicating systems requirements on a continuing basis, and maintaining systems processes, including the delivery of monthly status reports to all appropriate parties.
Developing meaningful and lasting relationships with partners for optimized systems integration, and responding to questions and concerns from managers and stakeholders with supporting research and recommendations.
Partnering with L&D for channel specific training requirements for new capabilities.

What we’re looking for…
You’ll need to have:
Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience
Four or more years of relevant experience.
Sales operations or Point of Sale systems experience
Experience in project management, verbal & communication skills are a must with a passionate attitude.
Experience in time management and organizing.
Even better if you have:
Master’s degree or relevant experience.
experience Proficiency in Verizon platforms is a plus
Experience supporting post launch experiences and products.
Strong knowledge and understanding of industry trends and key business drivers
Adapts quickly to changing business conditions with a sense of urgency.
Ability to conduct meetings, evaluate issues, provide solutions, and drive aggressive timelines
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
