We are looking for an HR Consultant with the desire to join our growing People Operations team. As a company we are experiencing rapid growth, so you need to be comfortable (and thrive) in an extremely fast-paced environment.

You will be involved in the day-to-day operations of the People (HR) function by providing support to the business across multiple locations on all things related to compensation and benefits.

Job Description
This opportunity is a great role in the world of HR for a candidate looking to expand their HR knowledge within the compensation and benefits specialism.
The role will offer the successful candidate broad exposure across the range of benefits Version 1 provides to its employees globally, including support for change and improvement programmes, as well as local knowledge of the Indian employment market
Qualifications
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Administration of employee benefits, including pensions, medical, life assurance and associated payroll processes
Operating as the first point of contact for incoming compensation & benefits queries, with triage to other team members as required
Advising employees and managers of compensation & benefits policies and procedures in place at Version 1
Maintain and update HR system data as appropriate, ensuring the integrity of all HR data and GDPR compliance
Provide effective general HR administration including generation of reports, filling, and response to requests
Support the wider HR team with key HR projects and other ad hoc duties as required
Qualifications
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Proven organisational skills
2-3 Years of Compensation & Benefits expereince.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Competent using Excel
Ability to deliver high levels of performance and service excellence while managing high volume workload
Previous experience operating in a multi-country services organisation would be beneficial
