Greet & welcome visitors as soon as they arrive at officeMaintain attendance register of employeesDirect visitors to the appropriate personAnswer, screen & forward incoming callsProvide, sort & distribute daily deliveries & maintain its recordEnsure reception area is tidy & presentable with all necessary stationary & material (e.g. pens, forms & brochures)Solid written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
