Job Role: The candidate will be responsible to ensure receipt, storage, issue, dead stock & rejection control, etc. He is also responsible for Implementation of all systems in Plant.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for stock and record maintaining of issue, receipt, rejection data, RGP/NRGP, etc.

Responsible for dispatch delivery documents & dispatching of material as per schedule

Responsible for physical verification of the receipt and issue of material

Responsible for identification of material, bins, racks in the store

Responsible for quarterly physical stock verification as per SAP & keep record the same

Responsible for maintain the stock of consumable items and make purchase requisition

Responsible for maintaining the record of dead stock data on quarterly basis.

Responsible for providing the report of minimum stock on weekly basis and inform to Purchase Dept.

Responsible to check and verify purchase document on daily basis and handover to accounts dept.

Responsible for maintaining and providing the Scrap data on weekly basis to Production Dept.

Requisite skills

Proficiency in Computer software like Ms Excel, Word, Email sending etc.

Strong judgment and decision-making skills

Excellent communication skills, including local languages ( Written & Verbal)

Knowledge of Tally ERP and SAP.

Can identify the shelf life of the items.

Ability to perform under pressure

Being performance-driven and focused on results

Ability to self-motivate and motivate others

Leadership style and team building approach

Graduate or Post Graduate in any field

A minimum 6 years

CTC upto 4.5 lakh

Preferred – Fastner industry , Else –Automobile, Industrial Products

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to ₹450,000.00 per year
