• Provide administrative support to the sales team, including handling phone calls, emails and correspondence,
• Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and other materials as needed.
• Help in tracking and coordinating various sales activities.
• Coordinate with other departments such as marketing, logistics, and finance to ensure seamless execution of sales processes and timely delivery of products or services.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and requests, providing product information, pricing, and assistance as needed.
• Assist in the processing of sales orders, including generating quotes, creating purchase orders and coordinating with the fulfillment team to ensure timely delivery.
• Assist in the organization and coordination of sales related events.
• Support the sales team in achieving sales targets and objectives by providing timely and accurate information, reports, and analysis.

• Proficient in both English and Hindi, with strong communication skills to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
