**Job description**
– Communicating with our customers about their educational toy purchases
– Communicating with our international distributors about their purchases
– Communicating with our retail store customer about their purchases
– Communicating with people (teachers, kids, parents) over our social media (Instagram, Tiktok, Twitter, Youtube)
– Researching topics on search engines like google
– Invoicing and accounts receivable
– Filling out forms and applications
– Scheduling meetings and travel for yourself and others
– Finding vendors for personal and company needs
– Making phone calls with various business and personal contacts
– Filing and organizing files and folders on our cloud drive
– Some legal work such as gathering screenshots or sending out cease and desist letters
– Some advertising copy

**Requirements**
– Must be able to make phone calls that Americans can understand
– Clear written English communication
– You must be able to motivate yourself to do work while working from home or from a coworking space

**More information about the position**
– Full-time (we are expecting at least 40 hours of quality output per week)
– You must be continuously available from at least 9 AM to 12 PM Texas Time.
– Your first three months will be on probation. After three months you will have 10 business days of vacation and other benefits.
– We will ask you to sign an NDA/confidentiality agreement and provide a photo id/passport before beginning work
– We review salaries yearly and bonus according to a combination of company and employee performance.
