Job Description

Responsibilities:1. Designing and drawing: a. Designing of new concepts/site details b. Drafting of execution drawings for the site. c. Preparing ad-hoc drawings as per sites requirements. d. Preparing sketches/ drawings/ 3d/ presentation for better communication amongst various teams involved in the project. e. Working around constraining factors such as site conditions/ government approvals.2. Management: a. Latest set of drawings at site b. Records of changes made at the site. c. Records of Site visits and important discussions. d. Special requests from clients. e. Working closely with a team of other professionals such as building service engineers, construction managers, quantity surveyors, etc.3. Site visits a. Travelling regularly to building sites, proposed locations, and other project-related meetings. b. Control project execution at the site to ensure the quality of construction, correct execution of drawings, and smooth flow of the process (active role in foreseeing and resolving site-related issues) c. Ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines, and regulations d. Record the site status and deadlines of projects.4. Co-ordination a. Cooperate and liaise with professionals related to the projectRequirement: 1. Basic design knowledge: Their experience for architectural projects must include the knowledge of the following: a. Working drawings and Details. b. Design norms and standards c. Good understanding of structural and MEP drawings. d. Modern building construction methods and materials.2. Software: Excellent technical skills, particularly with CAD software & basic knowledge of Sketchup. And need to be technically capable of picking up new systems and programs quickly.3. Creativity – One should have the creativity to shape innovative, unique designs & give Practical design solutions.4. Acquaintance: He or she should have a basic understanding of interior details and drawings.5. Should be well versed with the knowledge of sloping roofs and their execution Details.Abilities – Proven working experience as an Architect, Good knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards, Strong imagination and the ability to think and create in three dimensions, Visual awareness, and an eye for detail, Communication and project management skills.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: Up to INR400,000.00 per yearSchedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Morning shift
• Weekend availability

Experience:

• total work: 1 year (Preferred)
• Architects: 2 years (Preferred)
