Primary Purpose: To handle all documentation including liaison work for land acquisition & building permission.

· Interfacing with all personnel across the organization, including those based out of CO/ZO as well as other Centres/Schools.
· Interfacing with the leadership team / Supporting Senior Managers.
· Interfacing with HR, Finance, Technology, for any people or any other operational issue/s.
External:
· Interface with Government agencies / Landlords / Institutional bodies.
· Interface with External Vendors for all elements pertaining to the execution of contracts and legal obligations.

· Graduate in any discipline
Experience:
· 15-20 yrs of Experience
