Victoria’s Secret & Co. Hiring for Assistant Data Specialist at Bengaluru, Karnataka, India Full Time

Purpose & Overview:

The Order Management team in Bangalore, India supports the Lingerie and Apparel (L&A) Business, covering Victoria’s Secret and PINK Brands. As part of this team, the Core job involves managing the Purchase Order data being entered into the systems pertaining to the Order Management process. This role relies heavily on data accuracy, eye for detail, timely tasks completion as per established performance standards.

Responsibilities:

• Executing and delivering Core Order Management work (New Vendor Purchase Order [VPO]

Completion and Amendments to existing VPO’s) with accuracy

• Update VPO and Release to Vendor within pre‐defined SLA
• Ensuring adherence to process and calling out exceptions and escalate in timely manner
• Maintaining high levels of Accuracy in the work executed
• Meet pre‐defined timelines in turnaround of allocated tasks
• Handle Brand communications and other Internal Email Communication as necessary
• Ensuring all assigned E‐Learnings & Training are completed as per schedule
• Actively participating in Internal meetings and workshops
• Updating Daily work list & track log

Qualifications

• Excellent Verbal and Written English Communication skills
• Good knowledge of Computer Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Ability to work under pressure
• Average to above Average Data Management and Analytical skills
• High Level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Should be self‐motivated, self‐driven, and time bound
• Flexible to adapt to Changes and Business requirements
• 1 to 1.5 year’s experience in IT/data entry, preferably in Order Management and Data

Analytics

• Previous experience of using SAP, Sales Force would be an added advantage
