Job Description
JD for Customer Care Executive
- Attending queries, Providing Customer Support and service via E-Mail (40%) and calls (60%).
- Client Visit across state and Coordination. .
- Coordinating with internal teams and departments.
- Reporting to heads and other internal teams.
- Good knowledge in claims processing and handling tickets.
Excellent communication and logical thinking is the priority.
TPA background candidates would be more preferable.
Experience: Fresher to 3 years.
Annual CTC: Till 3.6LPA
Location: Bangalore
Shift: General Shift 9.30 to 6.30 (Monday to Saturday)
