Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible for logging in and processing of new insurance policies, both health and life.
• Keep track of renewals and facilitate renewals of insurance policies wherever and whenever required.
• Handle service requests including Claims for health insurance and life insurance.
• Point of contact between the insurance companies and customers.
• The role requires a lot of communication and collaboration between customers, vendors and internal parties.
• Compare the set of records, reports and account statements to check that the said values are consistent, accurate, and complete.
• Coordinating, collating, preparing and presenting business data for various verticals of the company.
• Working knowledge of life insurance and health insurance processes and products.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Power point, MS Access and SQL
• Analytical skills with great attention to detail
• Good communication skills along with interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work to timelines and under pressure.
