4)Complete knowledge of assemblies & Casting process of CT-PT
5)Programming of PT winding machine HV & LV as per design.
6)Handle ERP System
7)Purchase & cost negotiates & Release PO activity in ERP System.
8) Inward Quality Inspection & Store management
9) Vendor/Supplier development and cost control
10)Production and Planning.
#Doing testing & design of Electrical current transformer, voltage transformer and ZS coupler as per IEC standards.
#To check quality and maintain the records as per reference.
#To check inward incoming material and keep the records.
#Planning of CRGO coils material for making of different types of cores.
Handling the suppliers.
#Maintaining the Testing records, Inprocess records, Machine Running Records.
#handling the ISO Audit of Internal and external.
#Inward Quality inspector & Purchase
