Job Details: Only female candidates can apply and someone who can join us immediately Candidate must be excellent in English proficiency Candidate with less than 2 years’ experience preferred Candidate must be based in Bangalore (Close to Ramamurthy Nagar/KR Puram or willing to relocate immediately) Australian Shift – 5am to 2pm Might have to work on Saturday’s based on client’s requirement No transportation available No work from home option availableResponsibilities
Communicate with employees/clients in Australia
Collect daily, weekly or monthly timesheets
Book Keeping and maintaining company accounts
Prepare employees’ compensation by the end of each month using payroll software
Schedule bank payments or hand out paychecks directly to employees
Report on payroll expenses
Ensure wages and tax withholdings comply with regulations
Enter new employees’ data (e.g. bank accounts and tax identification numbers) into internal databases
Answer questions about compensation, benefits, taxes and insurance deductions
Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
Screening resumes
Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
Administering appropriate company assessments
Requirements
Proven work experience as a Payroll Officer/admin, similar role
Hands-on experience with any accounting software
Strong math skills with an ability to spot numerical errors
Time-management skills
Ability to handle confidential information
BSc in Accounting, Human Resources or relevant field
Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular)
