Responsibilities:

Analysis the content of the products on the eCommerce platforms
Writing articles on e-commerce, online selling and online retail
Maintaining a publishing calendar for our blog, Crafting and sending weekly newsletters, Creating social media posts on a regular basis
Regularly posting content on social media channels such as Facebook, twitter and Instagram
Participating in social media groups, discussion forums and authority blogs
Maintaining a great relationship with social media followers and email subscribers by responding to their questions/suggestions promptly
Understanding existing customers of the organization and write case studies/articles based on their experience
Writing content for Push Notifications / SMSes / Mailers, sent to users
Writing In-app Banners/ Promotional content
Content streamlining & clean up wherever needed
Error message / Empty screen / UI based writing for new pages (wireframe stage)
Understanding & maintaining consistency in the message tone throughout the product
Ensuring the communication is simple, easy to understand and has maximum reach to the end users.

.Required Candidate profile

Excellent written communication skills in English
Good grasp of social media concepts, Strong understanding of technology and eCommerce
Ability to research and develop service specific marketing content for website, blogs, social media and another digital platform
Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing and SEO will be an added advantage
At least 1 years of experience in producing high quality content for a reputed eCommerce organization
E-commerce platform experience will be an added advantage
