Business Data Analyst – We are looking for a Business Data Analyst to discuss, analyze, and document high-level business requirements for various stakeholders. In this role, you will understand and prioritize these requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and collaborate closely with business analysts to gather and interpret business needs. You will support business, product, and engineering teams in implementing and delivering new functionalities, design innovative technical solutions for business challenges, and make necessary configuration changes to ensure quality and performance. Additionally, you will assist data analysts in identifying data flows across the organization, address technical challenges or opportunities, and drive clarity and consensus among key stakeholders. Your responsibilities will also include supporting the end-to-end development of corporate service applications, identifying opportunities to upgrade or simplify existing data systems, and ensuring accurate interpretation of business needs into technical terms. Proficiency in accessing and analyzing data in MS SQL, Oracle, and other database systems is essential. Knowledge of insurance and claims processes is desirable.
