Job Description

• Support the design and development of core platform infrastructure needed to grow Visa Consulting & Analytics (VCA) in AP
• Identify and prioritize opportunities to improve end-to-end project lifecycle order, champions initiatives from start to completion.
• Lead and manage projects to streamline business processes, enhance operational efficiency
• Implement change management strategies to facilitate organizational adoption of new processes and technologies
• Track and report on project performance metrics, including KPIs, ROI, and other key success indicators, to assess the effectiveness of strategic initiatives
• Prepare process documentation and provide training the organisation

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years’ work experience. International experience and exposure to matrixed organizations preferable.
• Proficient in using standard MS Office tools (e.g. MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, etc.).
• Experience in or in-depth knowledge of financial services is strongly preferred, ideally with a deep understanding of cards and payments. Technology sector experience would also be desirable.
• Good financial acumen and strong analytical modelling skills
• Solution-focused: thriving in ambiguous, high-pressure situations, ability to adapt and reset priorities in changing circumstances, ability to connect the dots and see the big picture.
• Must be results-oriented, able to handle multiple urgent tasks and must effectively deal with ambiguity.
• PowerApps and PowerBI skills are a plus.
