Vishram International Services looking for customer service specialist for Branch office in anand-gujarat for work from office. individual will perform following task along with any and all related to the office operation.Responsibilities:Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner through phone, email, and chat.Manage and resolve customer complaints, escalating as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, including tracking customer interactions and feedback.Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and make recommendations to the management team.Collaborate with internal departments to address customer needs and concerns.Participate in training sessions and ongoing professional development to stay current with product knowledge and customer care practices.Meet or exceed customer care performance goals, including response time, first contact resolution, and customer satisfaction ratings.Contribute to team success by sharing best practices and collaborating on customer care initiatives.Requirements :High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.Minimum of 2 years of customer service or call center experience.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software.Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.Knowledge of customer care practices and procedures.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentPay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftAbility to commute/relocate:Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)Application Question(s):willing to relocate to anand -gujarat ?( company will provide housing)Education:Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Required)Experience:total work: 2 years (Preferred)Customer service: 2 years (Required)Language:Hindi (Required)English (Required)Expected Start Date: 25/03/2023
