# Responsible for Channel, B2B, Project and B2C Sales of Solar products of the Company.
# Responsible for driving the key strategies, builds key customer relationship, product positioning, tracking of growing segments.
# Responsible for sales, order input and collection.
# Responsible to set targets and goals for area.
# Handling key channel Partners, Electrical contractors, Builders & developers Improved Numbers
# Developing sales strategies and setting targets
# Establishing, maintaining and expanding customer base
# Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
# Understood the market situation and competition, price factor and feature comparison to scale existing projects and gain new ones amidst high recession.
# Achieved budgeted target in terms of value & volume .
# Setting sales targets for individual and team.
# Recruiting & Training to the Team.
# Monitoring team’s performance and motivating them to reach targets.
# Compiling and analysing sales figures.
# Dealing with some major customer accounts.
# Appointing Distributors based on strategic need & geographical coverage as per guidelines of organization.
# Insuring Primary, Secondary & Planning for schemes as per Sales Condition.
