Job description
The incumbent UG/ any graduate would be responsible for the following jobs:
- The incumbent should have excellent communication skills
- Should be target oriented
- Updating customer’s details on our database, and then sharing this information with everybody else
- Tending to technical or serious questions
- Capacity to remain respectful, particularly when speaking to disgruntled customers.Calling Users of our App and explaining the various benefits
- Achieve the daily targets
- Co-ordinate with internal & external stakeholders
- Maintaining MIS
