Job description

The incumbent UG/ any graduate would be responsible for the following jobs:

  • The incumbent should have excellent communication skills
  • Should be target oriented
  • Updating customer’s details on our database, and then sharing this information with everybody else
  • Tending to technical or serious questions
  • Capacity to remain respectful, particularly when speaking to disgruntled customers.Calling Users of our App and explaining the various benefits
  • Achieve the daily targets
  • Co-ordinate with internal & external stakeholders
  • Maintaining MIS

Employment Type: Interns

Job Types: Regular / Permanent, Internship, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Salary: ₹10,000.00 – ₹12,000.00 per month
