Full Job Description
Job Key Result Areas:
Design & development of testers for PCBA level(ICT, FCT & Flash) and end items (EOL & CAT Tester)– Instrument cluster, Audio, Displays (including fixtures, transfer conveyor, robots, vision inspection, sensor based inspection)
Low cost automation and poke yoke implementation
PCBA level DFM analysis for test feasibility
Implementation of Industry 4.0, traceability management and output dash board preparation for assembly lines
Software flashing and handling strategy
Lead ECN changes and modifications to existing testers
Prepare Test Coverage document covering the Product test coverage end to end.
Perform R&R for the machine
Achieve FTT (First Time through) 99% and BWS of the Product to meet G2

Educational Qualification:
BE Electronics. / Instrumentation / Electrical with 6 to 12 years of experience
Required Competencies:
6 to 12 years of experience in Product testing & Handling suppliers to meet Project timeline.
Exhaustive knowledge in quick change over concepts and multiple model handling design
Exhaustive knowledge in PLC controllers, Industrial PC programming, Lab view (Vision modules), Mitsubishi & ABB robot programming
Experience in PFD, PFMEA and Control plan build as per IATF & AIG manuals
